- Service fees
- Quoted individually based on requirements. After we receive your inquiry, we will provide a written quotation.
- Other expenses
- Bank transfer fees are borne by the client. Cloud-service usage fees and other actual expenses may be charged separately by prior agreement.
- Payment method
- Bank transfer. Please pay by the due date specified on the invoice.
- Payment timing
- By default, end-of-month closing with payment by the end of the following month. Individual contracts may stipulate otherwise.
- Service delivery timing
- Work begins on the date specified in the individual contract after execution. Typical kickoff is 1–4 weeks after contract execution.
- Cancellation / refund
- Due to the nature of the services, cancellation or refund after work has begun is not accepted. Cancellations prior to kickoff are governed by the individual contract.
