Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern use of the website operated by SterriaR LLC (the “Company”) at https://sterriar.com (the “Site”) and the related services (the “Services”).

Visitors and users of the Site (the “User”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by browsing or using the Site.

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the content of the Site (text, images, video, software, etc.) belong to the Company or to the rightful owners.

Beyond personal browsing or reference, Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify the content without the Company's prior written consent.

Quotation within the limits permitted by law is allowed provided that the source (SterriaR and the page URL) is clearly cited.

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts in connection with the Site:

• Acts that violate laws or public order.

• Acts related to criminal activity.

• Acts that infringe the copyrights, trademarks, privacy, reputation, or credit of the Company or third parties.

• Acts that destroy or interfere with the Company's servers or network functions (excessive scraping, DoS attacks, etc.).

• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Site.

• Unauthorized access or exploitation of vulnerabilities.

• Impersonation of other Users.

• Acts that aid violations of these Terms.

• Other acts the Company deems inappropriate.

The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or currency of the information on the Site. Users use the Site at their own risk, and the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such use.

The Company shall not be responsible for the content or privacy practices of any external sites linked from the Site.

The Company may suspend, discontinue, modify, or remove content from the Site without prior notice.

These Terms govern use of the Site. Where individual service contracts, NDAs, or terms of use entered into between the Company and a client conflict with these Terms, the individual contract shall prevail.

The Company does not maintain relationships with anti-social forces (organized crime groups, their members or affiliated companies, corporate extortionists, persons who threaten under the guise of social-action, special intelligent violence groups, or any persons equivalent to the foregoing) and excludes such forces.

The Company provides services on the condition that counterparties and Users represent and warrant that they do not, and will not, fall under any of the categories of anti-social forces.

If a User or counterparty is found to fall under any of the following, the Company may immediately terminate the Services and any contract without notice and shall not be liable for any damages caused thereby:

(1) The User itself, its officers, shareholders, employees, or members are anti-social forces.

(2) The User provides funds or facilities to anti-social forces or otherwise has a relationship with them.

(3) The User unduly uses anti-social forces.

(4) The User makes unjust demands beyond legal responsibility, by itself or via a third party, through violent or fraudulent means.

(5) The User damages the Company's or a third party's reputation, or interferes with business, through violent acts, dissemination of rumors, deception, or use of force.

The Company may change these Terms without prior notice when it deems necessary. The amended Terms take effect when posted on the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising from the Site or the Services.
