Engagement process

1. 1. Idea sharpening + spec draft

   Duration: 1 week

   Start with a free 30-min call. Articulate the product hypothesis, target, and scope; draft an MVP spec within a week.

2. 2. MVP prototype implementation

   Duration: 2-4 weeks

   Implement auth + 1-3 core features + admin panel on a Next.js + Prisma + Vercel standard stack. AI features (RAG, automation, etc.) can be built in at the same time.

3. 3. User testing + iteration

   Duration: 1-2 months

   Collect feedback from early users (10-50) and re-rank feature priorities. Prepare pitch-ready metrics and screenshots for investors.

4. 4. Series A scale design

   Duration: Ongoing (monthly contract)

   Design DB / infra / SLOs targeting 10k-100k MAU. Continue alongside as Fractional CTO.

Compliance checklist

• APPI — basic Privacy Policy in place from seed stage
• Terms of Service template — customized by industry (B2B / B2C / SaaS)
• Stripe / payment-gateway KYC and anti-social-forces check
• GDPR readiness — DPA execution if accepting EU users
• Pre-IPO security requirements (initial design considering J-SOX / audit readiness)
• AI usage policy — explicit handling of training data and output liability
